Delegates may book accommodation when registering via the Online Registration Form. If you have already registered and now need to book accommodation please contact the Events Team.

The Hilton Colombo is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, offering delegates easy access to Colombo’s vibrant business, shopping, and cultural districts. Just minutes from the hotel, visitors can explore the Gangaramaya Temple, one of Sri Lanka’s most iconic Buddhist temples, or take a stroll along the scenic Galle Face Green, a seaside promenade popular for relaxing walks and sunset views. For those interested in history and the arts, the Colombo National Museum and the Dutch Period Museum are within easy reach. With its mix of cultural landmarks, dining, and shopping, the area around the Hilton Colombo provides delegates with plenty to explore before or after conference sessions.

Deluxe Room

Deluxe Rooms offer a stylish and comfortable retreat for delegates. Each room features modern furnishings, a spacious layout, and city or ocean views, along with high-speed Wi-Fi, a work desk, and luxurious amenities

Rate: USD118.35 nett per room per night including one breakfast.

The rate stated above includes 10% service charge, 1% TDL, 2.5% SSCL and 18% VAT. The taxes are subject to changes and the actual quoted rate may vary.

Reservations

Delegates can book rooms when registering to attend the event. A credit card will be required to guarantee your booking.

Change of Reservation

Please contact the Events Team should you need to cancel or amend your booking.

Check-in and Check-out Times

The standard check-in time is from 3:00 PM and the hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 noon. Additional charges will apply should you require early arrival or late check-out.

Cancellation of Room

Should you need to cancel a reservation please contact the Events Team

Reservations can be cancelled without penalty up until Tuesday 1 August 2026. If you cancel your reservation after that date and your room cannot be resold, the hotel reserves the right to charge all nights’ accommodation as cancellation fees. This also comes into effect in case of early departure or no show.
