Display Package
Each booth package includes a space only, one delegate registration, one 1.8m trestle table with cloth, two standard chairs, standard lighting, power to the booth and company fascia signage.
The exhibition will open on Monday morning and will remain open until the event closes Wednesday afternoon.

Pre-event Marketing Activities

Display brandings
Exhibitors are able to bring along banners and signage. Exhibitors are requested to ensure all brandings remain within the allocated 6 Sqm of floorspace.
Order brandings
Exhibitors are able to order banners and and brandings. Exhibitors will also be able to place orders via the organisers.

EventAPP
Includes your logo, profile, messaging and booth position.
Access to event
Exhibitor staff must be fully registered delegates to access the Exhibition Pavilion.
Cancellations
A full refund* will be available for those exhibitors that request to cancel their exhibition space up to 1st August 2026. 100% cancellation of the exhibition package applies after 1st August 2026.
* Merchant and other banking fees as applies will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Payments
A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you detailing payment options. Options include international bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard or AMEX.
