As part of the 10th anniversary edition of the International Secondary Lead Conference and the Lead Training Course 2026, we are proud to introduce the Emerging Leaders Program; a special initiative designed to support rising professionals entering the global lead and battery recycling industry.

The secondary lead sector plays a critical role in the circular economy and global battery supply chain. To ensure the continued growth, innovation, and sustainability of the industry, it is essential to encourage greater participation from the next generation of technical, commercial, operational, and sustainability leaders.

A limited number of discounted registrations are available at a special rate of USD850.00

The Emerging Leaders Program is open to professionals who:
• Are under 30 years of age OR under 35 with less than 5 years of industry experience
• Are currently working within, or closely connected to, the lead, battery recycling, metals, circular economy, sustainability, or related sectors.

Successful applicants will receive full access to:
• The 10th International Secondary Lead Conference
• The Learning Lead Course 2026
• Conference networking events and functions
• Technical sessions, keynote presentations, and panel discussions
• Opportunities to engage directly with global industry leaders.

All accepted participants in the Emerging Leaders Program will also be invited  to participate in BCI Convention + Power Mart Expo 2027 held in the USA at a reduced rate.

This initiative reflects the conference’s commitment to developing future talent and strengthening long term industry capability across the global lead recycling sector.
