The Exhibition will be open across all three days of the event. Position your organisation at the centre of the global secondary lead and battery recycling industry.

Display Package
Each booth package includes 6 sqm floorspace only one delegate registration, one 18.m trestle table with cloth, two standard chairs, one power strip. Exhibitors are free to order a backdrop or bring along banners.
The exhibition will open on Wednesday morning and will remain open until the event closes Friday afternoon.

Pre-event Marketing Activities
• Exhibitor logo displayed prominently on the conference website
• 50-word company profile displayed on conference website with link to exhibitor’s website

Display brandings
Exhibitors are able to bring along a display pop-up style backdrop or banners. Exhibitors are requested to ensure all brandings remain within the allocated 6 Sqm floorspace.
Order brandings
Exhibitors will be able to order banners and/or pop up style backdrops through the organisers.

Listing of company included in conference guide.
EventAPP
Includes your logo, profile, messaging and booth position.
Access to event
Exhibitor staff must be fully registered delegates to access the Exhibition Pavilion.
Cancellations
A full refund* will be available for those exhibitors that request to cancel their exhibition space up to 1st August 2026. 100% cancellation of the exhibition package applies after 1st August 2026.
* Merchant and other banking fees as applies will be deducted from the refundable amount.
Payments
A Tax Invoice will be emailed to you detailing payment options. Options include international bank transfer, Visa card, Mastercard or AMEX.
