Delegate Registration
Includes attendance at all conference sessions, conference bag, conference merchandise, speaker presentations, morning and afternoon teas, lunch’s daily, Tuesday’s informal ice-breaker event along with Thursday night’s conference dinner.
Exhibition
The Exhibition will be open at the following times:
Wednesday 28 October 2026: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Thursday 29 October 2026: 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
Friday 30 October 2026: 8.30 am – 4.00 pm
Conference Dinner
Attendance to Thursday evenings Conference Dinner is included in all registration types. If you would like to purchase an additional dinner ticket for your partner you may do so during the registration process.

Insurance and Liability
The Organisers do not take responsibility for any individual, medical, travel or personal insurance. Participants are advised to secure their own insurance policies as necessary.
Health
Please consult with your physician regarding health precautions prior to visiting the host country.
Merchant Fee
If you select to pay via credit card a merchant fee of 2.50% will be added to your registration fee.
Registration Cancellation
Cancellations must be notified to CW3 by 1 June 2026 to receive a refund. Refunds will be provided minus merchant fees, administration fees and currency transaction fees.
Cancellations after this date will not be accepted, however delegates may transfer their registrations to another person.
